BNY Mellon – CUSTOMER PORTAL
The Challenge:
Within the new customer portal that BNY Mellon is rolling out, we set out to design a method of aggregating all of their wealth from other institutions as well. To see a holistic view of their accounts, we designed a separate, but integrated approach that will allow the team to launch quickly and add features as time moves on.
The Process:
Daily stand-ups and work critiques kept this long term project moving forward smoothly. We had daily contact with the client, weekly reviews and by-weekly deliveries of work ready for development. This section details one part of the portal, though I worked with other aspects like group and account search, document delivery and navigational refinements.

The Result:
The new BNYM customer portal is being released gradually to consumers and is getting great feedback. We continue to review feedback and integrate important changes to the roadmap as needed.
